Availability
Minimum stay is 4 nights
Nightly price is £110, plus VAT at 20%.
A deposit of £150 is required in advance to cover any damages.
Over Christmas and New Year the minimum stay is 7 nights, starting on a Friday and the rate is £1,015, plus VAT at 20%.
A deposit of 25% is required to book. The balance is due in full 28 days before check in.
You are welcome to arrive from 1600 and ask that you depart by 1000.
Cancellation
Travel insurance is strongly advised.
If you need to cancel your booking and have paid in full, a 50% refund will be given 15-28 days before the check in date, and a 25% refund will be given 1-14 days before check in.
About the Owner
I live very close to the cottage and you will pass my house to walk into town. I like to give guests the privacy to enjoy our lovely outdoor space but I am easily contactable for help with bookings, ideas for places to go, and anything-else needed.
